Junior Coordinator – Tenancy & Relocation
Are you someone who thrives in an international environment and enjoys helping others feel at home? Do you have a knack for organization, communication, and problem-solving? Then we’re looking for you as our new Junior Coordinator – Tenancy & Relocation.
As a Junior Coordinator at Eurohome, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tenancy and relocation services to international clients. This dual-role position combines property management and relocation coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for tenants and transferees. You will act as the primary contact for all parties involved, proactively solving issues and maintaining high standards of customer care.
You make sure people feel at home all over the world, wherever their job may take them.
Your daily tasks:
Tenancy Coordination
- Manage residential tenancies and ensure properties are ready for move-in.
- Handle maintenance, payments, and property-related issues.
- Accept and process new property requests, check availability, and book accommodations.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, accounts, and external service providers.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints efficiently.
Relocation Coordination
- Manage the full relocation process from initial enquiry to final invoicing.
- Coordinate destination services and provide personal guidance to transferees.
- Liaise with all involved parties to ensure a smooth relocation experience.
- Monitor budgets and maintain service quality.
- Record all correspondence in the relocation management system.
- Support account management and contribute to team goals.
You are/have:
- A people person who enjoys helping others from all over the world.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch (additional languages are a plus!).
- A high level of accuracy and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Cultural awareness and international affinity.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in customer service or administration.
- MBO-4 or Bachelor’s degree.
